Junior Youth Group

Description: JYG provides middle school youth with the opportunity to ‘feel their way' along their faith journeys in a relaxed setting where we combine lessons, discussion, games and activities to explore and celebrate our Christian values. JYG is a safe place where youth can talk openly with their peers about subjects that range from our personal relationships with God to our views on social justice. We work together on service projects including assisting church community elders with yard work, serving meals at area Salvation Army kitchens and raising funds for charities. JYG is also about having fun together as we host movie night, game night, scavenger hunts and lots of other activities.

When and Where: JYG meets most Sunday mornings in the youth room during church service throughout the school year.

Service projects and socials occur monthly throughout the season.
